Through introspection and exposure to new perspectives, I gradually deprogrammed myself from the fear-based and dogmatic religious upbringing of my youth. The path to deconstruction was challenging but empowering, allowing me to explore a broader spectrum of spiritual and philosophical perspectives. I no longer hide from the 'dangerous' topics of meditation, yoga, frequency, chakras, sound healing, etc... This blog and youtube channel are the mediums through which I get to explore that which feeds my soul.
